This is the official Chamber Of Tourism in Costa Rica and represents the interests of the private sector. Canatur also provides training and further education for tourism staff and sets the quality standards for the industry.
Nobody else than the staff of Canatur has access to the interior of Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José and that´s why they are offering a VIP airport assistance service to it´s members. An English speaking representative is waiting for our guests right after immigration and helps through baggage claim and customs until our airport guide takes over at the exit of the airport. Of course, ARA Tours is offering this service, which is especially useful in case of any irregularity with your luggage.
